Head of Campus

Ei Phyu Maung serves as the Head of Campus at Wisdom Bridge International School. With over 10 years of experience in education, she has taught and supported learners aged 4 to 18, demonstrating a strong commitment to both academic excellence and students’ holistic development. Her expertise spans teaching, assessment, educational leadership, and student well-being. Holding a B.A. (Hons.) and M.A. in English, along with TKT Core Modules, a Diploma in Leadership and Management, and ECCD (Early Childhood Care and Development) qualifications, Ei Phyu Maung combines academic expertise with effective leadership practices. She has a particular interest in student assessment and in developing strategies that support learners throughout their educational journey. Known for her patient, student-centered approach, she is dedicated to creating a positive and nurturing learning environment where students can thrive academically, develop emotional resilience, and build the skills needed for lifelong success. In her leadership role as Head of Campus, she works closely with students, staff, and families to foster a culture of excellence, well-being, and continuous growth.

Deputy Head of Campus

Ms Khine Khin Yee is an experienced educational leader with a strong background in collaborative leadership, having worked extensively with teachers, school staff, and parents to foster a supportive learning environment. Having served as a Head Teacher for over10 years, she has gained an in‑depth understanding of the commitment required to successfully teach, protect, and safeguard young people. She is skilled in positive behaviour management, addressing challenges by identifying underlying causes and applying constructive strategies to improve student outcomes. She supports students academically, emotionally, and socially, promoting a balanced approach to personal and intellectual growth. She actively engages in educational management workshops to remain informed about best practices in leadership and pedagogy. She advocates for continuous improvement, ensuring that both staff and students benefit from modern, evidence‑based strategies.

Head of Key Stage 3

I am delighted to have joined Wisdom Bridge International School this year as Head of Key Stage 3. I started my teaching career in 1994, with 16 years of teaching in schools in England and the other 16 in a range of international schools in Kuwait, Egypt, France, and Myanmar. It has been a privilege to be able to work in the Primary, Secondary and Tertiary phases KS1 – KS5. During my career, I have held a wide range of leadership and pastoral roles, including Head of Languages, Deputy Director of Tertiary Education (Years 12–13), Head of Phase, Head of Year 6, Head of House, Community Liaison Leader and the subject lead for Humanities, Maths and English. I strongly believe that students develop immensely through opportunities beyond the classroom, and I look forward to encouraging our KS3 students to seize the numerous opportunities on offer, getting involved in their wider school community whenever they can. My career has enabled me to lead and support activities such as school choirs, junk bands, talent shows, whole-school family events, school themed learning weeks, Parent Teacher Associations and many school community fundraisers. My family home is in a large village in Devon, where I enjoy time with my husband, who has worked for many years as a Secondary Music teacher. We have two children who have both recently begun their university studies in London and Cardiff. Beyond teaching I have always been very actively involved in my local community through voluntary roles. I have been a volunteer leader with Girlguiding for over 38 years, and I also enjoy walking and travelling—exploring different cultures and traditions whenever possible. It will be a real honour to work with our KS3 students encouraging them to become independent learners, critical thinkers, and confident risk-takers. I am committed to helping every student achieve their true potential, while developing a deeper understanding of the world around them and their place within it now and in the future.

Senior Administration Manager

With over 7 years of management experience, Mrs. Lilly (Ei Ei Phyo) serves as the Senior Administration Manager at Wisdom Bridge International School. She oversees all non-academic and support functions, including Administration, Human Resources, Marketing, Information Technology, School Engagement, Facilities, and Security. Working closely with academic leaders and operational teams, she is dedicated to fostering collaboration, driving operational excellence, and creating a supportive environment that enables both students and educators to thrive. Through her commitment to professional growth, team development, and continuous improvement, she plays a vital role in supporting the school's mission and contributing to the success of the Wisdom Bridge community.
