Educator Ei Phyu Maung is an Exam Coordinator and Young Learners Learning and Development Coordinator at Wisdom Bridge International School. She has over 10 years of experience teaching and supporting young learners aged 4 to 18. Educator Hope Htwe Htwe is a globally experienced academic leader and corporate trainer with 18 years of professional practice across Singapore, Myanmar, and international programmes. She began her higher education journey at age 19 and entered the corporate sector at an early age, building early professional maturity and cross-sector expertise. In 2018, she founded The HELA Academy, developing innovative higher education programmes and training learners in Test Preparation English such as IELTS, TOEFL, GRE, Business English, academic communication, and professional development. She holds a Bachelor of Business with majors in International Business and International Tourism and a Master’s in Education from James Cook University Australia (Singapore Campus), supported by diplomas in English Literature and Educational Psychology. Hope has taught MBA students at Mongolia International University (Mongolia) and has mentored over a thousand learners across diverse institutions and organizations. Currently, she serves as Academic Dean at Wisdom Bridge International School and Academic Advisor at Future Wave Training Institute, contributing to curriculum development, teaching quality, and academic standards. Her professional philosophy emphasizes discipline, creativity, and holistic development. Beyond academia, she is a passionate hip-hop dancer and a former badminton semi-finalist, reflecting a well-rounded and resilient approach to leadership and lifelong learning.
